Trip to Helang Land 'LANGKAWI'

Knock Knock Knock! Anybody still here to visit my blog? I am sorry for not updating my blog for like 9 months (OMG!! IS KINDA LOOOOONG!) Sowwieeeee! I start my new work on November and after that I have no much time to blog about my routine. So, let me recall back where I've been to for my first trip with the boyfie's ex-collegues! Title says it all, that's what I'm going to blog about. First, There were not much photos taken because I'm very very lazy to capture. Heheh!

The last time I step into Langkawi was when I'm on my standard 6 graduation trip. It was like err.. 12 years ago! I still remember where I went to. The memories there with my primary school friends and they are also my secondary school friends. I just remember the teachers all busy shopping while we were waiting for them =.=''.

Okay! Let's start my journey to Langkawi from Subang Airport. We took Firefly because we plan a budget trip. Basically, the hotel and air-ticket were arranged by one of the boyfie's ex-collegaue. I just sit down ther and wait for the day to come. LOL. We were there for 4 days and 3 nights which is on the 13th Dec 2013 to 16th Dec 2013 (I know this post should be blog earlier).

I will just summarize the whole trip because I don't really can recall back. Please forgive me!!

After touched down at Langkawi Airport, is a must to rent a car there because there were 7 of us during the trip. One of the boyfie's ex-colleague had been there so he go around the counter to ask for the prices to rent a car. At first, he wanted to rent Mitsubishi Grandis (it had GPS)  but there were either no car or very expensive. So, he rented a Toyota Innova with around RM700 for 4 days.

The first thing to do when you get the rented car is to check the condition, the outlook of the car and show them the scratches of the car(if any) to the person. Make sure it is not done by you. After that, went to pump petrol la of course. Then, straight go to checked in at Resort World Langkawi. It is located 10 to 15 minutes from Pantai Cenang. As you all know, when you come to Langkawi the first thing you gotta do is to go Duty Free Shop to shop for BEERS, LIQUORS, CHOCOLATES & SNACKS! We hangout at Cenang Beach after our dinner every night. Lay down on the white smooth sand and listen to the sound of the waves which makes me feel so relaxing and comfortable.

Day 2

Breakfast at the hotel as usual. We were planning to go to the Panorama Langkawi for the sky cab and sky bridge. For more details click here to see the website. So, I got so excited because it was my first time taking the sky cab up to the hill.You guys didn't see wrongly. is my FIRST TIME! (idarenottakeskycabatthegentingone).

Before that, I follow the trend now. LET ME TAKE A SELFIE FIRST!

When we reached there, woah! You can't imagine the crowd there. The queue is superb looooong just to buy the tickets. Then we decided not go on the last day. As usual, group photos there before we leave. Kachak kachak kachak!

Next stop, to the Eagle Square also known as Dataran Lang in Bahasa Malaysia. It is a must to visit this place because this place represent the name of the place. Oh ya, There's the Langkawi Jetty right beside Eagle Square. So, the place is quite jam and pack. Took photos and then to the next stop!

Leaving Eagle Square and headed to the Black Sand Beach. Normal beach but the sand underneath the white sand is black.Wow! So amazing! LOL. Nothing to do there so took a picture of it by writing LANGKAWI.

Back to Cenang Beach before dinner. Alot people were at the beach. Some were swimming, some were playing kites, some were sun bathing, some were camwhoring! LOL. We are the one who camwhore of course. Didn't manage to swim so we just chill there with the view of the sunset. I kinda like the view! TOTALLY IN-LOVE WITH IT!

After dinner, back to Cenang Beach again for drink! LOL

Day 3

Breakfast again before heading to the Langkawi Kilim Mangrove. There are several mangrove tour destinations in Langkawi. One of the most popular is the Sungai Kilim Mangrove with its purpose-built jetty, foodstalls, convenient wooden walkways and a host pf wildlife attractions to keep you gawking as much as the eagles are doing likewise to you. 

Bats Cave and Crocodile Cave

Named after its inhabitants, the Malaysian fruit bats, this cave is located along the Kilim River. Accessible only by boat, you can then walk along a wooden platform through a mangrove swamp, leading directly to the cave. The stalactites and stalagmites are of gigantic proportions, forming weird figures reminiscent of other worldly creatures. Directly opposite the exit is a huge greenish limestone structure that resembles the portrait of an ancient family complete with a pet dog (or young deer), which prompts one to name the cave Gua Keluarga (Family Cave) more appropriately. The wooden walkway leads right through the cave and emerges at  other side, round the base of the limestone hill to rejoin the jetty.

The Gua Kelawar (Bat Cave) is also located here. You can take the wooden walkway for a 10 minutes walk before reaching the cave entrance. Gua Kelawar comprises two cave systems - the smaller western chamber that extends northeast by southwest, has a floor area of approximately 270 square metres and low roof of between one to three metres head clearance. On the walls and roof of the cave you can see embedded very old seashells. This provides proof that the area was originally the sandy bottom of an ancient river that has been shoved upwards by powerful tectonic force millions of years ago. Another reason is that the sea level about 5,000 years ago was two metres higher than today.

Gua Buaya (Crocodile Cave).The name of this cave may either entice or scare off visitors, depending on their attitude to the crocodiles that still exist in the area, although not in so large a number as in the old days. This cave is unique because the Kilim River actually flows right through it, and is navigable by a small boat at low tide. Inside the cave there is an ascending chamber flanked by walls of white limestone with minimal stalactites and stalagmites. Small colonies of bats roost on the lower ceiling. As part of a tour package, a boat journey culminating in a visit to the cave will provide excitement and adventure.

Eagle Feeding

Watch Brahminy Kite Eagle and White Belly Sea Eagle in action trying to outwit each other during the "Eagle Feeding" . Eagle-Feeding is one of the must-do things in Langkawi. It will be your best magical moment, ever! Where else on earth that you can cast your magic and summon the wild eagles to you?

Never took any photos for those three places. I was busying listening to the stories that the person told us. Hehehe! Had our lunch and then straight to the beach facing the Andaman Sea i think! Here's the photos, I don't wan't to talk much!

                                            

DAY 4

The last day here in Langkawi. We were rushing to go to the Panorama Langkawi that I mention earlier. (Breakfast also didn't finish then have to rush out already)

And now, We are here at the PanoramaLangkawi! Waiting for the queue to get into the sky cab! This is my first time sitting on a cable car.My heart was like beating 100000000x times faster than usual. I felt scared and I think alot.

Lastly, is time to say GOODBYE to this awesome! Heading to the Airport after touch down from the cable car to catch out flight!

Three Little Pigs & The BIG BAD WOLF

Helo my readers, I know you all must be wondering why recently I keep updating my blog. This is because I'm jobless now! I haven find any job yet before i resigned the previous job. Now I'm abit regret for not finding job before i resigned. It was very hard to find a proper job with my so not complete qualification. Haih!! I feel myself very useless =(

Okay! Stop talking about the sad things. Let's talk about food! Hahahaha!! I know recently I post alot about foods. I just wanna share wirh you guys =)

As what the title says, yes, my first visit  to the THREE LITTLE PIGS & THE BIG BAD WOLF. I know I'm like a 'sua gu' (in hokkien) never been to the places where most of you guys had been there already. The boyfie also didn't bring me to those places and he will complain the foods are expensive. Once in a while only ma.. He also won't bring me one la.. I only manage to go with my friends. Haih! How pathetic I am =/

This outing was planned to celebrate one of my besties birthday, Angeline. First, we actually can't find the place where the restaurant situated. It is at a hidden place and actually the main entrance is facing the main road. We enter from another small entrance from the supermarket. Hahaha!

I don' t remember the name of the dishes. This was a pork burger.

We actually have a big table in a room which only available for those who spend RM1,500 and above! How do you spend  this amount in just to makan?? I don't get it! And we have only 1 and a half hour to enjoy our dinner. The waiter there keep looking at the time scare we eat until forgot the time limit. EH HELLO! we didn't even take more than 1 and a half hour to finish our dishes. Damn no manners and bad service!!

Sorry for the bad introduction of the foods there because I really forgot the name of the dishes!

Next round, we headed to Sunway Giza for some desserts and blow cake session. Didn't manage to take picture as I am lazy..Hehehehe!Sorry guys!

Had a wonderful night the le besties and can't wait for the next outing. I wonder when will it be? hmm?

Btw, as i mentioned in my few previous post, August is my birthday month. My birthday is coming in a week time! Can't wait but I have no plan yet on my birthday. No clue, Nothing! Guess It will be another normal day for me.

FOOOOOOODS with TamjiakGroup!

How was your Raya holiday my dear readers? Mine was pretty good lah.. Was planned to go Genting Highland yesterday but due to the JAM in Gombak, we decided not to go instead we heading to Sekinchan. Although I stay in Klang for so long, I never go to the places before with my Family. They don't like to travel one so i can only go out with friends or boyfie's family.. It was a fabulous nice outing day.. Shall wait for me to post about it soon =x (hopefully won't drag too long)

As what I mention on my last post or on my instagram, I will be posting about FOOD but this time is DESSERT. Had dessert with the TAMJIAKGROUP. You guys must be drolling right? Hehehe.. With this group, I am gaining too much weight because they are bringing me to different places to eat different delicious foods. We had our first outing to Jaya One and I rememebered we got lost even with GPS(guna pun sesat).. Hahahaha.. 

We had dinner at Brussels Beer Cafe. The place there were packed with peoples as it was a Frida, usually all the peoples will be having happy hour that night but we manage to get seats for our dinner. That was my first outing with them, I'm a shy bug so I didn't manage to take photo of their foods and i forgotten what i had ordered too.. Hahaha..

Went to Dip n Dip for desserts. My first visit there and iIguess many of you had already been there before I went.. So, I will not talk much about it. Just a few pictures for you guys to see..

They specialists on lunch, dinner, coffee and drinks and they even provides services such as catering, take away, takes bookings, walk-in welcome, good for groups and parties and good for children. 

They do sell mille crepe layer cake, Oreo cheese cake, Dreamz Chocolate cake, Japanese cheese cake, Yam cake, Red Velvet cake, Strawberry + Vanilla (Plaid cake) and Matcha + Chocolate (Plaid cake). They also sell macaroons too!

Japanese Foods!

Today is 7th August. My brother celebrate his 22nd birthday today. Although is a simple celebration for him as my mum was away for vacation. I think they had celebrate for him last Saturday. This year a bit different, only 3 of us celebrate together. I hope he healthy and happy always and wish him all the best in his future undertakings =)

Alright, back to the post related to the title. Last Thursday, which is the day after my last day of work, two of my ex-colleagues plan to do a farewell  dinner with me. So, we went to Empire Gallery, Subang Jaya for dinner. Guess what we had for our dinner?? Can't guess? Okay, let me tell you where we had our dine dine.

We start making our orders. I keep flipping the menu because I do not know what to order. My mind is blank when I open the menu book. So, my ex-colleagues ordered all of them. 

First, we had TORO SALMON (SALMON BELLY) as our first dish. I can tell you guys this salmon belly is amazingly GOOD! Let's see how this delicious salmon belly looks like.

I can't stop thinking about this salmon belly!!! Hahaha!! Next dish was Salmon and Inari (Sweet Beancurd). I know this two sushi are a normal dish. I still love sushis!! Hehe

August, my birthday month!

Hello readers, still here to read my blogpost? Hehe! I know you all will =)

I am back to update my dead blog. I think i will be posting about *hmmm* MINIONS! Guess everyone knows recently are the Minions fever. I heard alot people queue-ing at the MCD just to get those minions. I really don't get it why they are so crazy about a toy. They even wasted the foods just to get those toys. Damn crazy those peoples.

Enough of that.

Today is 2nd of August which meant=s half of year 2013 is gone! Any resolutions that you wanna do this year been done? I not yet. It is very hard for me to fulfill all my resolutions. HMM* Anyways, August is my birthday month and I hope everything will go smoothly. So, August please be good to me alright :)

Also, Raya is around the corner for the Malays! When Raya is around the corner meaning there are BAZAARS going on! Many delicious foods that the malays prepare! But I didn't buy the foods from the bazaar before,, Heheheh...

Oh ya, 31st July was my last day of work. LOL I feel happy at the same time I feel sad because this means that I got no income already. HUHUHU! But nevermind la, slowly find job lo.. Wanna rest awhile first.

Aiya, I don't know what else to write eh. Today just post a short post lah. Next post will be food post. So, stay tuned! =)
